It's of the utmost importance that you, as a company in corporate wear, can meet the requirements of your customer. You need to be able to create garment sets, per function or per employee, register the correct sizes, do reconditioning, and deliver directly to the employees of your customer.
Together with your customer, the contents of the garments sets are created. Your customer defines which garments sets can be order by which employee or which functiongroup. You assign the garment sets to the correct employees or function groups in IT's Perfect. An employee or functiongroup can only order from the assigned garment set.
Possibly a budget in points is defined per employee, and a number of budget points is assigned to each garment within the garment set. When an item is ordered by an employee, the budget points from that item are deducted from the employees total budget. If the employees budget is completely used, he can no longer order additional items.
Per employee certain reconditioning services can be defined, for instance shortening sleeves or putting on a name tag. The employee places the order on your customers account, and if reconditioning services are defined, the costs of these services will be automatically charged to your customer.
After the employee has placed the order, the order has to be delivered. This can be a combined delivery to the customer, with information about the employees involved in the delivery. This can also be a direct delivery to the employee. Both ways are supported by IT's Perfect, directed by a parameter on customer level.
The corporate wear process demands a lot of the IT solution you are choosing. Within your item management, your sales process, your purchase planning, and - last but not least - your logistics. IT's Perfect Corporate Wear offers all of this, and more!
